So very few ppl bought.
Then very few FS/ER. And also some market makers are pumping 08 ER/FS. I
noticed that in whitman expo.
Bumping method is same as Chinese dealers. Post a high buying price.

2008 and mint could not adjust to the volatile spot price and therefore had
to stop selling these sets. Maybe this was the reason why mint changed their
pricing rule in 2009.

laphier probably bought 10 sets.
I stopped trading 08 buffs around sept/oct when 1 oz is more than $3000.
Someone bought out all my inventory in a few days.
I actually asked a few people on the board back then when the cost of a PF70
is around $3000, but no one bought from me.
