strategies, managing and coaching marketing specialists, and leading all
marketing activities including e-commerce, new service launch, market
competition analysis.
Responsibilities:
Drive business growth and development with academic/research institutions
and pharma/biotech companies in the U.S. and international markets
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company
objectives for related services
Conduct market research in areas such as market trends, addressable market
size, and service competitiveness
Work closely with production department and across functional teams on new
service launch and current service line repositioning, including writing
proposal, developing marketing materials and conducting trainings
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer survey for both the
US and global markets to formulate corresponding marketing strategies
Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns for the US and
global markets through both online and offline marketing channels including:
email, website, social media, online advertisement platforms, tradeshow/
conference, seminar/webinar, etc.
Make budget for US and global market and implement the budget and evaluate
the ROI of each marketing campaign.
Support US and global BD/Sales team
Qualifications:
PhD degree in marketing, preferably within life sciences and biotech
discipline
3+ years marketing and commercial/industrial experience a big plus
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Prior marketing managerial experience in a commercial set-up
Solid understanding of web-marketing, e-commerce, and branding
Strong knowledge of molecular biology, synthetic biology, protein or
antibody is preferred
