Full-time energetic assistant needed for large, licensed, home-based child
care business in Fremont. (Warm Springs). Seeking someone who is flexible
with a strong work ethic, energetic, a positive attitude and is reliable. We
are looking for someone who is initially able to fill in as needed. May
lead to regular shifts for the right person.
POSITION
DESCRIPTION:
-Ability to care for and relate to young kids in a
positive manner and accept responsibility for their safety and physical
well-being
-Ability to communicate with other staff members, be a team
player, have a strong work ethic with a can-do attitude; organizational
skills are a plus
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be
reliable
-Experience required
-ECE units preferred but not required
-Must be able to design, plan and apply age-appropriated, activities and
curriculums.
-Must be caring, nurturing and compassionate
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Need to have or be able to obtain valid Pediatric/Adult CPR Certification &
First Aid card
-Need to have or be able to obtain Live Scan Fingerprints (start date
determined by clearance)
-Must have be able to show that you have had a negative TB test (
within current year)
-Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide
appropriate documents .
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Prefer someone who lives within a 10 mile radius.
-Prefer Mandarin (Chinese) Speaking
