We are currently seeking preeminent research scientists and engineers on
Natural Language Processing and Knowledge Engineering located in San
Francisco Bay Area.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for machine translation system design based on both Neural
Machine Translation (NMT) and Statistical Machine Translation (SMT).
2. Responsible for building the knowledge engine based on information
extraction using deep learning and unsupervised methods.
3. Responsible for conversation system research including intention
detecting, knowledge reasoning, automatic question answering and multi-turn
conversation.
Requirements
1. Deep understanding of state-of-the-art NLP Deep Learning technologies
and the application to machine translation, knowledge graph or conversation
system dialogue system, PhD or above is preferred.
2. At least 5 years working experience of research or engineering on
machine translation, knowledge graph or conversation system.
3. Strong hands-on skills on C++ or Python programming is a plus.
4. Strong hands-on skills of at least one popular open source DL framework
(tensorflow / caffe / mxnet / torch / theano, etc.) is a plus.
5. Experience in distributed systems development is a plus.

We are looking for outstanding system architects on E-Commence Platform to
support our globalization strategy. This position is located in San
Francisco Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for architecture design and optimization of JD Mall’s
global E-Commerce platform.
2. Responsible for building scalable data storage & computation systems.
Requirements:
1. Strong knowledges and experience on database, cache, message queue,
multi-threaded, search, JVM, etc. ;
2. Working experience on design large-scale distributed system with high
concurrent, high workload, high availability and ultra large scale data;
3. Good programming and engineering skills, including object-oriented
analysis and design technology, component-based development technology, and
SOA architecture concept;
4. Good communication and team player. |
