1. 行政总监
岗位职责:
1. 协助参与公司经营战略策划制定,完成公司行政管理规划;拟定公司行政方
面的各项规章制度,规划公司的各项行政运营管理;
2. 协调、平衡各部门之间的关系,积极配合CEO做好内部管理工作;
3. 根据公司经营管理工作情况,负责行政会议和例会的组织工作,按总公司要
求组织起草综合性业务规划,工作汇总;
4. 组织、安排重要客人来访的接待工作,协调内外关系,宣传企业文化和公司
理念,树立公司的良好形象
岗位要求:
1. 具备10年以上工作经验及3年以上管理经验
2. 有强烈责任心、出色沟通能力和管理协调能力
3. 具备中英文高级商务书写能力,表达流利
4. 有医疗或者公共卫生教育背景或工作经验者优先

2. 医疗服务总监
岗位职责:
1. 负责建立、维护与美国各大医院国际部和专科医生的合作关系,开发海外就
医相关项目
2. 带领团队为客户提供远程医疗、海外就医、高端体检的一站式服务
3. 协助总公司建立并管理公司的诊疗机构
4. 作为工作、客户和医院之间的沟通桥梁,为客户提供优质客户服务,维护良
好客户关系
5. 领导并管理公司医疗服务团队,培训并发展团队成员
职位要求:
1. 必须具备5年以上医疗从业经验,熟悉癌症等相关病例
2. 具备良好的领导力,能有效的管理和带领团队
3. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力
4. 具有良好的客户服务意识,能积极灵活的满足客户需求

1. Senior Operating Manager
DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Operating Manager is a fulltime position directly reports to the
CEO and provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure
that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and
reporting procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the
organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide day-to-day leadership, management and mentoring to the
organization’s operational departments, including Medical Services, Medical
Training, Human Resources, Finance, and Office Management.
· Drive the organization to achieve and surpass business goals and
objectives; and spearhead the development, communication and implementation
of effective growth strategies and processes.
· Collaborate with top leadership to develop and implement plans for
the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed
to accommodate the objectives of the organization.
· Foster a positive, success-oriented, accountable environment within
the organization.
· Represent the association with clients, members, and business
partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
· A minimum of 5 years in a similar role and 10 years of work
experience
· Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering exemplary, high
quality and high impact results
· Entrepreneurial spirit and eager to contribute to a start-up
environment
· Superior communication skills including experience with executive-
level communication
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related
field preferred
2. Director of Medical Service
DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Medical Service is a fulltime position directly reports to
the CEO and provides the leadership and management to the Medical Service
team. In this role, you will be required to lead a team to provide medical
services to designated clients in China and communicate with healthcare
professionals and institutions in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide strategic leadership for the medical service team to ensure
high quality medical services such as remote consultation, overseas medical
treatment services, and executive examination for patients.
· Develop and maintain good relationships with healthcare
professionals and institutions, partners and clients both in the US and
China.
· Provide and coordinate support, counseling, advocacy to clients
· Ensure business retention through excellent customer care
· Provide team member with appropriate coaching, mentoring and
development
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience or education
background in healthcare
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically
· Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in English and Chinese
· Outstanding ability to manage, organize and prioritize tasks
· Entrepreneurial spirit and eager to contribute to a start-up
environment
· Service oriented approach, flexible and proactive towards adapting
to clients’ needs
