program, for Masters and Ph.Ds who have passion for real estate development.
By implementing systematic training and designing personalized development
plan, we aim to help “Future Leaders” realize their management potential,
and become senior managers in the shortest time. For foreigners, we
delicately design Chinese lessons, and find one-to-one buddy to help them
adapt to the life in China. In addition, a competitive global pay will be

Qualifications:
