1) Enterprise System Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, engineer, document, and implement distributed enterprise server
environments as well as cross training support technicians on new
technologies implemented.
Successfully work with Executives, Project Managers, System Administrators,
Network Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, System Testers, Desktop
Support Technicians, and end users in the implementation of small and large
IT solutions.
Work closely with developers to promote code from development environments,
test environments, training environments, and through to production
environment.
Learn quickly and show initiative when needed to implement new technologies
and when resolving difficult support issues.
Manage multiple projects and initiatives with minimal guidance or
supervision.
Manage support Windows Server Environment.
Manage Exchange messaging system including Lync.
Performing ticket resolution using Remedy
Implementing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows and Linux Servers
(including maintaining all server documentation)
Performs enterprise systems management for data center also includes some
support for desktop environments.
Diagnosing and correcting hardware and software problems; performance
capacity and providing technical support to end-users.
Manage data center changes using Remedy Event Management.
Manage DFS and File Server, share and folder permissions.
Manage DNS and DCHP for Enterprise
Perform application support as necessary
Assist/mentor lower tier personnel with Windows troubleshooting.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Working hours: Normal business hours
**This position will require exertion of up to 50 pounds of force or lifting
occasionally.**
**Looking for Experience in the following:
8+ years experience administering Active Directory. 5+ years supporting DNS,
DHCP
5+ years supporting an enterprise systems management system (eg. Landesk,
Altiris, MS SCCM).
5+ years experience supporting MS Exchange. Thorough knowledge of
virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of Disk Subsystems to include DAS, NAS, and SAN is a preferred. 3+
years with ADFS and Identity Life cycle management technologies 3+ years'
experience with IIS, .Net, Java, and/or middle ware applications a definite
plus.**
2) Director, IT Security
In this critical and highly visible role the Director of IT Security will
provide the business and senior management team leadership for Information
Security planning and operations. This role includes working with all IT
Security team stakeholders as well as auditors, legal and HR groups. This
includes security assessments, recommendations for improvements, regulatory
compliance, and research on new products, tools and security monitoring
applications. The IT Security Director will provide strategic and technical
expertise direction to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and lead a strategic and comprehensive enterprise data
security and IT risk management program to ensure the security,
confidentiality and integrity of systems, networks and data.
- Perform routine security risk analysts of systems, networks and data.
- Work directly with non-IT business owners to identify key IT related risks
and recommendations for their areas.
- Direct company senior management of security risk and recommendations of
improvement.
- Maintain and develop data security standards, guidance and policies.
- Oversee and improve company business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Establish and implement a security awareness campaign strategy across the
enterprise.
- Partner with Legal and Human Resources to oversee investigations of
potential threats, and implement measures to mitigate existing security
risks and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor external environment for emerging security threats and advise
company stakeholders on plan and course of action. Including vulnerability
testing, penetration testing and data loss prevention.
- Facilitate, develop metrics and reporting framework for executive team.
- Develop and implement security incident response program.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience with data security and IT risk
management.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred IT Security)
- Experience with vendor and contract negotiations
- Experience presenting and reporting to senior management
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)/Certified
Information Security Manager (CISM) is desired.
3)Senior Financial Analyst
Position Summary
Under general direction, able to perform cost benefit analysis, quantify the
impacts of various company initiatives and run projects in addition to
forecasting, budgeting, profit/loss statements, process improvements and
other functions. The right candidate will not only be able to "solve the
problem", but then be able to summarize and articulate the results to their
manager and upper management. Position will also be involved in the annual
budget process and quarterly forecasting processes. Position reports to
Director, Corporate Finance.
