apartment starting from August 1st,2015. It is one year lease signed with
the property management. The move in date could be a couple of days early.
Monthly rent for you is $540.00 Including everything(gas, electricity, heat
, etc). The room is large enough to put two desks, queen size mattress, four
-level bookcase and other stuff. My room is a little bigger , so I pay 540.
00+75.00 monthly.
I prefer graduate student. I am the PhD student from Pitt.

It is a two bedroom apartment in the central Shadyside area on Fifth Avenue
close to Negley. The location is convenient.
The room for rent is furnished with chair , a large desk and a small desk.
You have two closets to put your luggage and other stuff. laundry is in the
basement.
It is 5 minutes walking distance to bus stop and 10 minutes walking
distance to Giant Eagle.
It takes about 10-15 minutes if you take bus from apartment to University
of Pittsburgh(71B/71D).
Most people living here are students.
I don't mind you bring friend home , but boy friend could not stay in the
apartment for the night.
