Position: Sr./R&D Engineer
Location: Ultah
Company: Medical Device
Purpose and Scope:
Research and Development Engineer Level to conduct research and development
work of innovative products. Engineer will work in close coordination with
the manufacturing department.
Duties:
Under the guidance and supervision of the supervisor, engineer designs and
develops components for major engineering projects, and at times leads
secondary projects.
Coordinate secondary projects and support subtasks of the other projects.
Execute projects with clear objectives and timely deliverables.
Understand the goals and contents of research projects.
Apply FDA/ISO Design Control regulations in product development.
Participate in cross-functional teams on new product development and
manufacturing problem-solving efforts.
Contribute to the generation of ideas and potential inventions to be used in
new products.
Develop and give presentations dealing with projects, proposals, designs and
project status updates.
Hands-on involvement with fabrication and processing.
Maintain good documentation practices for all data forms, protocols,
engineering and feasibility reports, and laboratory notebooks.
Develop new techniques and test protocols and qualification test plans.
Develop detailed engineering specifications.
Write SOP'S and perform validations on test methods.
Set up, adjust and operate production equipment and analysis instruments.
Education
Engineering degree is preferred
5-8 years related experience with Bachelor degree, or
1-3 years related experience with Master degree

Purpose and Scope
To conduct research, perform laboratory tests, maintain laboratory equipment
and develop new test equipment and methods for innovative products.
Duties
Execute tasks related to perform of engineering studies under guidance of
the supervisor or project engineer. Perform tasks aimed toward the design
and development of components for engineering projects
Generate developmental specifications such as BOM's, SOP's, TM's in
accordance with applicable procedures.
Assist engineers in developing protocols, studies and engineering test
reports. Perform testing, assist engineers in data analysis, statistics and
trend analysis. Write reports.
Assist in preparation of documents associated with Design Control and
Chemistry, Manufacturing and etc.
Evaluate, install and set up, adjust and operate laboratory equipment
Participate in cross-functional teams on new product development and
manufacturing problem-solving efforts
Prepare chemical solutions according to standard formulas
Ensure practices are in compliance with related standards.
Education:
6-8 years related experience, or
4-6 years’ experience with associated degree, or
1 year experience with bachelor degree

Qualifications：

Formal training or qualification in project management preferred;
Working knowledge of drug regulations, risk management and quality
management processes, including GMP,ICH and standards;
