General Services Specialist
Description:
This position is responsible for general office administrative support,
front desk support, manage office suppliers and cell phones as well as
monitoring upkeep of production shared areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing front desk reception support.
Make reservations for visitors and travelling employees accommodations,
such as hotel and rental car.
Responsible for issuing security co-tags for both new hires and visitors.
Verify invoices and prepare check requests for food, rental car, hotels,
and other charges.
Manage company cell phone for employees including issuing new phones and
verifying charges.
Assist with coordination of employee events such as appreciation meals,
holiday parties, and other celebrations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and quickly under pressure
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment
Excellent customer service skills |
