2. Monthly Rent: $760 + utility
3. Deposit: $200
4. Move-in date: after August 28, 2014, negotiable
5. Lease length: flexible, but expect to be at least 6 month
6. Feature: second floor apartment, shared kitchen and living room,
private bathroom, with balcony, parking included
7. Furniture: desk, chairs and bed (mattress only)
8. Community facility: on-site laundry room, several swimming pools,
