Tech Support Network Engineer – Data Switches
at Southern California
Minimum qualifications
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or
equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, ARP, IP
Tables, routing)
• Technical troubleshooting with leadership and crisis management
skills
Preferred Qualifications
• 5 years of relevant work experience in data networking
environment.
• Experience leading short projects involving outside teams.
• Data Center technologies including Storage Area Networks (SAN),
virtualization (VMWare)
• UNIX systems with scripting skills in Shell, Python
• Traffic generator and traffic analyzer, like Ixia and Wireshark
• Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a strong sense of
ownership, urgency and drive.
• Excellent communication skills |
