1. 这是固定面值的travel certificate，国际段国内段都可以使用，单程往返不限,
but must be operated by UA or UA express
2. 一张机票可以"only"使用1张E-Certificate, and each E-Certificate must be
used up in one reservation (no carry over)
3. 过期： Code must be used by 7/7 但是买的机票可以
是一年之后的(that is, until 7/2015)
4. If you provide me the itinerary, I have verify at united.com whether it
qualifies the code before the booking.
5. E-Certificate just reduce the base price on the ticket, so 可以与其他
Travel certificate (with pin) or Gift Card/Gift Card叠加
