Responsibility:
SRAM Device Research Manager/Sr. Manager position is located in Taiwan.This
position is responsible for managing the SRAM device development in R&D for
the next generation technology. Specific responsibilities include:
1. SRAM device optimization and development
2. SRAM SPICE target setting
3. SRAM device TCAD simulation
Qualification:
1. Master or PH.D in Electrical Engineering
2. Mater with at least 10 years and PH.D with at least 6 years process
integration experience in advanced logic device and SRAM device development
3. Familiarity with logic device. Knowledge of SRAM and Integration are
strong plus.
4. Proven capabilities in program management, willing to make commitment.
5. Good communication skill, fluent in both English and Mandarin is
preferred
