local with receipt or online with email delivery. You have to keep cards and
receipts for me for 4 months. You are responsible for non-activated cards
once I show you they are non-activated using my iTunes account. Online e-
code may have to wait a few days for me to confirm the activation of your
codes before payment. 3 days normally.
