now and consider to sale the condo when current lease ends by the end of
July. If there is anyone who is looking for a condo in East Side to buy, I
suggest you to consider this either as a rental property or self living for
new couple. I believe this condo is a good one to buy with many good
features, the same reasons which made me to buy many years back. You can
