Donaldson Park公寓两室一厅一卫招租。客厅已加装两扇门改造为独立房间。原主卧室
室友由于探亲原因已于近日搬走，主卧室可即刻入住 ($440+utility ~ $20)。原住客
厅的室友因家庭缘故将于7月下旬搬走，客厅亦于7月下旬可入住 ($395+utility ~ $20)
Donaldson park apartment位于Highland Park 11街，crowells rd，是Edison/
Highland park地区性价比较高的公寓之一http://jgtco.com/。月租含冬季暖气，utility含电费，宽带等。每户有独立停车位。现诚征两名长租室友（1 year, preferable male），希望您有车、不抽烟、不酗酒、整洁、无不良习惯。
本文面向有意向从学校搬到校外住的同学和工作人士。

Hi guys,
We will have a large primary living room available from now on. It's located
at eleventh ave Crowells Rd, Donaldson apartment(one of the most cost-
efficient apartment in Highland Park).
The other two roommates are two Chinese male PhD students from Rutgers. The
apartment is clean and nice. Base rent is only $440 (include heat in the
winter, dedicated parking slot); utility is around $20 per month; preferable
male student(1 year long term). Hope you already got a vehicle, or planning
to get one.
Hope you like clean and tidy style and don't smoke.
