starting between 9/15--9/30.
The rent I am paying on this 两室一厅 is $1950/月. All (water, air
conditioning, heating) included other than 电费.
年轻夫妇or两个女研究生 will need to send my two teenager children to school
every weekday morning in exchange for the low low rent.
The drive is 10 分钟 each way. You can 开你自己的车or you can 开我的旧车.
Must drive well. 会开车,不是新手.

This is a 好 deal for someone who has some extra time in the morning and
who 会开车,不是新手. The renter( driver) will meet my kids in the 车库 every
morning and send them to 学校, that's all.
If the driver 开我的车, I will pay gas and I am responsible for any 车祸
accident damage cost when the kids are in the car. The driver can also use
我的车 for everyday use, such as driving to the T, grocery shopping, etc.
The driver is responsible for any 车祸 accident damage while he is using 我
的车 for his own purpose.
If the driver 开自己的车, I will pay gas and I will cover any 车祸 accident
related damage while the kids are in his or her car.
两室一厅 is located inside Marina Bay,北 Quincy, a nice, safe area, right
off the
water, 2 分钟 到 红线 北Quincy 站.
两室一厅 itself is on the 6th floor of the Condo building. Very spacious,
1200sf, sparsely, but nicely furnished. 但只有一张单人床.
I have been renting two units in this same building since 2007, the original
idea was that the kids would occupy one of them. Nope! :-).
The best would be for the renter to stay till at least 明年6月 when the
school ends. After that, there is no sending the kids to school
responsibilities but the rent stays at $1000/月. It is up to the renter as
to how much longer they want to stay after 明年6月. I plan to keep this 两室
一厅 until 2013 初夏.
