I am looking for clean professional working adult, and student/internship
who will treat the people sharing
the house with respect as a roommate in my San Jose single house.
I have a furnished room. All utilities included . Cable Internet.
Full use of common area. Light Cooking, and Share bathroom with other
Chinese roomates.
Mandarin speaking a plus, but not necessary.
1. Month Rent Rate: $650(3 months term), $550(6 months term)
