We live in a time of technological revolution. We got our first African-
American president largely riding on the wave of technological innovations.
How could we harness the power of cheap technology and create a grass-
roots political movement?

2012 年大选的时候，80-20 的吴仙标先生到 DE 中文学校有个小规模的演讲。谈到 80
/20 这个简单的理念，当场是有很多人认同的。但这么容易理解的事情，为什么就没法
得到很多人通过捐款来支持呢？一年十几万的捐款，实在少得可怜。
我后来一直在想这个问题，就觉得是认同感非常重要。
这些少数族裔，都有自己的 community，Jewish community，African American
community，这个 community 很重要。做好这些基层 grass root 的组织工作，让大家
增加互相信任，互相了解，对自己的 Chinese community 有越来越强的认同，这时才
能让大家来谈共同的利益，以及为共同利益做个人利益上的牺牲。
