good choice. If you don't want to persuade PhD, I will say structural master

If you have rich experience in cost estimation, palnning, scheduling or
general manangement, you may get a job, however, mostly entry level position.
The salary for the CEPM is soso around 40-60 for staters, for the bad real
estate market at this time, you may need extra patience.
If you do want a higher paid job, try oil and gas industry. They pay 15K-20K
higher than the residentail building industry. However, the oil proce is
declining. the hiring is close to freeze.
