如果不是美国的本科，要做evaluation和TOEFL+TSE,
但是有例外：
1,托福的例外是：
"transcripts which verify six full-time semesters (6 credit hours per
semester) toward an advanced engineering degree in the United States",
俺是美国的MS+PhD,是不是就可以不用考托福了？
2，学位的例外是：
"the applicant has earned an advanced engineering degree from a U.S.
school and the Board office receives a letter from the U.S. graduate
school stating that the applicant's undergraduate curriculum was

发帖数: 337 | 2 1. Ask you boss to write a letter saying that you are proficient in Engilish
. Read the rules carefully, you can
see that a letter from supervisor can substitute TOEFL..
2. Write an email to PE Board, they will tell that you do not need evaluatio
n if you have U.S. MS/PhD. Attach the email when you apply for PE later on.

without signature to the board by email. After one week, I got my EIT
certificate.
