我去年才开始工作，第一分工作。我学GEOLOGY在学校MASTER毕业，在一个
ENVIRONMENTAL
CONSULTING公司作CONSULTANT，从最底层干起。工资低，40K不到，公司也很一般的小公
司，而且还一天不如一天。感觉有点没劲。我找工作时候也找了BIG NAME COMPANY，他们
都没有理我。看到这里有不少CIVIL 和ENVIRONEMTNAL ENGINEER。 我想问问大家，大公
司是不是工资一般怎样， 是不是特别难进去。这个行业的前景怎样，大家觉得回中国的
前景怎样。 |

for two years. The best way to boost your salary is to get an offer from
somewhere elase, and ask your company to match it. Your employer will not
pay you for your real value to the company unless your employer is in danger
of loosing your service. I was getting 10% salary raises for the first two
years. But at the end of the second year, I tested the job market and got an
