I have friend in California doing transportation planning and Parsons. He ha
s been with the firm for 4 years. His title is senior engineer now. His sala
ry is around 70-75K.
Basically, transportation planning and construction guys are better paid tha
n architects and structural engineers in California. But it really depends o
n your experience, firm, skill, and bargaining ability.

排中上了.Columbia好象被评为美国最适合居住的地方之一,很安静,秋天很美,房价也比
DC area便宜些;就是有点太安静了,对我,赫赫.

Emission Model C++ API.
VAP是VISSIM 自创的有点像C 的script language,没多大意思,功能有限.
没必要花时间去搞它, 有时间应该学一学其他的APIs.
