[I was attending the eviction lawsuit in person at Civil Court in Queens on
September 24, 2021, and then that hearing was only to set up for the next
stage on Oct. 28, 2021. NYSCOURTS sent me the virtual meeting email for the
Oct. 28. 2021, and I responded to NYSCOURTS and other parties in this
eviction lawsuit today as shown below.]

NYCOURTS, and all others,
I am the victim of being threatened of eviction and having been torted and
injured at this rental residence, and having sustained many other related
severe injuries and sufferings from the American Evil System from all around
, specifically the daily torture and violence threats and the numerous times
of attempted-murder from the slavery workplace of B. Q. Wide Auto Body
Parts Supply, Inc., and then the further injuries and attempted-murders from
the medical professionals when they pretended to diagnose and treat me, and
the sufferings from the family members, specifically my wife Li Li first,
and now my 17 and half years old daughter Alexandria Wang, who have been
seduced, brainwashed, coerced, forced, aided and abetted by the AMERICAN
EVIL SYSTEM to talk and behave on their destructive ways.
The COVID-19 is a made-up global fraud from the governments, and the
electronic devices are easily manipulated by the ones hidden in the back,
and thus the numerous hearings over the phone were often so NOISY, CRACKY,
BLURRY. For the case's significance and efficiency, I would attend this
housing eviction court in person, instead of in the virtual way. For history
and personal memory aid, I will record too. Please do not just claim
whatever law generated only by the American System onto the ruled and ruined
ones to follow. Anybody afraid of anything?

Addendum: I do not ask for legal aid which could be free and available to
surrogate me the victim. Meanwhile, I do not object if the NYCOURTS assigns
any explicitly-told party such as potential legal aid to the eviction
defendants onto this case in the interest of REAL JUSTICE. |
