decided to divorce. We got the related document in the consulate general here
and ask my friend in China to handle the whole thing in a local court in
China. But my friend consulted with a lawyer, and the lawyer said both of us
should have our representive lawyers and the suit will last for 1 year... Is
anyboby here who has similar experience? Any suggestion is appreciated! |
