my friend is going to open an electronics store,and wants to sell some
products from Sharp,Sony,IBM. Does he have to contact these companies first
for some kind of permission or become an authorized dealer/reseller,or just
needs to buy the products then resell them in the store? how about the
customer service?
This sounds like a very low level question and any suggestion is appreciated,
