Can it(issued in China) be transfered to bank account after arrival in USA?

and you have to spend it before it expires.
I don;t know whether it could be transferred to bank account...

1% transaction fee at bank of china. the checks actually issued by the us
banks,
like citibank(?), american express.
no problem to deposit it to bank account in the us, just as cash, no fee
involved as i know. when using it, photoed id may be required.
