Exactly. US is a country self-governed to the lowest grass-root level.
The president of USA has authority only on federal affairs. What constitutes
a federal affair is defined by the contract between the states and the
federal government. O8 has no authority whatsoever even on who can be a
manager of a village.
Many SB living here in the states for years do not understand how US
functions.
The fact that CCP can fuck China for over 60 years shows China has too many
SB in its society for so long.
I cannot believe so many xiaojiang or maoists or leftists on mitbbs who
support Bo Xilai.
