先说明一下：
此文是本人2001年夏季在工作之余，用数月时间调查研究、苦苦思索，、挥汗成雨、数易
其稿写成。这篇拙文可以说写得很苦、很累，用殚精竭虑、呕心沥血、废寝忘食来形容是
没有一点过分的（那时还不会用电脑，要花钱到打印店去打，而且还要偷偷摸摸地写，不
能让任何人知道，否则就会有告状之赚）。
文章试图以农民负担为主线，全面反映“三农”问题的方方面面。文章写成后得到一位
在国内外有一定影响的研究农村问题专家的肯定和赞许，他曾答应帮助出版，后不知何故
没了下文。当为一个山旮旯乡干部不懂得如何出书，干脆就不出了，借助媒体把它登出来
，为一切关心“三农”问题的各界人士和有志于研究“三农”问题 | a**i

Recently there are plenty of articles regarding the rural
people's life in this BBS (and its original coming place).
In these articles, some state that in China rural people
are living a poor&bad life. That is not true from my
experience. My parents come from countryside. Their lives
there were quiet and hamonious. They were poor, without
electricity, lights, TV or refrigiates, but they were
very very happy according to my standard, and

发帖数: 289 | 3 Remember another thing, compliments what he said in his
article. The reason that village officers have bad relation
with farmers, partly is because that they have to excute
the national policy, while farmers are against
these policies. Like controled-birth, rural tax and so
on. So he told some truth about rural China.

发帖数: 1666 | 4 我觉得农村最大的问题还是经济问题。
农民承受着太多的盘剥。
我认为国家应该严厉打击苛捐杂税。
惩治基层农村干部的腐败现象。
就算不能让农民富起来，起码要让农民站起来。

发帖数: 18498 | 5 农村就不该交任何名目的税。本来农民就是二等公民，不给补贴就算了，还交钱。
