不过真按照我的定义，要成为学区房其实并不容易。因为大部分学校的家长主要是为了
自己生活舒适一些，对孩子的要求和期望是排不上的。就像你不买医疗保险一样可以过
得很好，但跟那些买的不能说完全一样。
