一室一卫或两室两卫（看价格）的condo。不知道哪个楼比较合适？ 另外现在还能买到
short sales的condo吗？在loop上班，也在犹豫要不要买到郊区。

but condo prices are higher in downtown area.
I don't think there's good deals like few years ago but even then downtown
condos were always hot commodities
