-Shiller 20-city composite, which showed a 0.3% increase in home prices in
September, not seasonally adjusted.
Prices rose in 13 of 20 cities in September, but the overall level remained
about one-third below a 2006 peak.
Chicago: Prices decreased 0.6% in September and are down 1.5% over the past
year, making this city one of two with negative annual results.
