major downtown areas.
The major drawback is the HOA, about 70% more than its competitors. It is
very common for old buildings to have
a very high common HOA since the cost to maintain an old AC/Heating is very
high. The leaking of the ceiling or flooding is not an issue at all if it
get fixed once they collect enough HOAs to fix them.

错，现在就是一团糟。看完就知道这房子该买不该买了。
