发帖数: 5431 | 6 Capital One should be the easiest to apply. It doesn't pick up the fat and throw out the thin one.It targets on higher-risk people than the other banks. Thus usually no annual fee and lower credit limit.
At the beginning stage, low-credit-limit credit cards should not have big
differences. Just to accumulate your credit history.

TechCU doesn't exist any more now...

limits, but citi offered me 6k.
For student, citi is the best choice for sure,
for worker, if you have checking account, it is still a good chance to apply.

applied. I was holding F1 visa.
But they rejected my husband for 3 times when he got here. He hold H1B.
Although with citi's checking account still no luck. You are luckier than him.
