330刀每月，超值一室一厅中的厅出租啦！！
因为室友去intern,现在living room空出来，原价379刀，现减50刀，
330刀房租加utility 是电费和网费，均在10刀左右。
时间是2.1.2011到8.31.2011。
地址555E 33rd PL, chicago. 就是Lake Meadows的555那栋4楼。
离IIT主校区走路10-15 mins，旁边就是jewel超市，
不远35路和3路，红线，绿线方便快捷。
这个living room非常大，挂个帘子就成了自己的私人大卧室了。
室友是IIT研二男生（也就是我），不抽烟，安静，友好。
并且我有车，可以经常一起去买菜，或者去outlets什么。

one bedroom in Willowbrook, West Surburb.
There is a bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for sublease. The
rent is $550.00 + 1/2 utilities. It will be available from April 1, 2011.
The bedroom is big and there is a huge living room, french patio door and
windows. Big walk in closet in the bedroom. You have your own bathroom. This
unit is very quiet and private. There is no any wall shared with other unit
. Very spacious parking lot outside the building. Anytime there is no
difficulty for parking. The unit is on 2nd floor. The laundry room is on
first floor, which is shared with other 3 other neighbors. Waiting for
laundary never happened to me.
The unit is in Ascot Glen complex, which is high end apartment in this area.
There are tennis count and fitness center in the complex. Only 0.3 mile
away from Jewel, Dominicks, Wholefood. 1 block away from fitness center. 10

LAKEVIEW，三室两厅，转租的是MASTER BEDROOM，面积很大，带有步入式衣橱。另外两
个室友都是中国学生。
位置在LAKESHORE DRIVE和STRATFORD，门口就是公交，做EXPRESS BUS到DOWNTOWN大概
在20-30分钟，附近类似超市健身房等各种生活设备也很齐全。
我5月中旬要去DC实习，可以五月入住到七月底。

I am an Abbott employee and I am wiritng to ask whether you are interested
in moving into a very nice townhouse in Waukegan, 4.5 miles far away from
Abbott, since I have moved out to Houston on May 8th.
Specifically, my colleague (a very nice indian guy) at Abbott and I both
rented a townhouse with two stories, three bedrooms, a loft and three full
bathrooms, and the photos about the townhouse are available below. In
addition, each of us pays $725 a month and shares utilities. I lived in the
second floor with a bedroom, a loft and a bath, isolated from the first
floor, where my colleague lives. An extra bedroom in the first floor can be
used at any time if your friend visits you some time.

7. No furniture is provided since I moved my stuff out on May 8th. But my
roommate has a dining table and a sofa in the living room and kitchen.
8. Except the rent and utilities mentioned above, no other fees will be
charged.
9. If your credit report is accepted by the owner, I will be replaced by you
in the lease for the rest of the day till Feb. 28, 2012.

现有一间卧室出租。房型是三卧室两个卫生间，两层，三间卧室在楼上，楼下是大客厅
和厨房。地点在华埠广场边，楼下的华人超市就是你的私人冰箱，各种华人菜馆是你偷
懒的选择^^ 不用体验把一大袋大米搬回距离远回家，不会因为西瓜太大而不敢买，想
家时可以吃到类似口味的餐馆解馋哈周围还有很多家银行，手机店，邮局，图书馆等
#62路车#29车去downtown 非常方便，想速度更快到地铁红线站，半分钟。depaul U.roosevelt U基本等于直达，IITdowntown校区可能要走一些。地铁红线或者#29到IIT主校区耗时也就5分钟，也可以锻炼身体走过去。27路去日用品店audi （卫生纸等家庭常用品，油盐等最便宜的地儿，美国零食都可以在这买）和墨西哥人的水果店（大家买水果基本都在老墨店）。也可以搭我们的车，带你一起去买菜咯^^

距 Argonne National Lab 15 分钟，短期Sublease 2bedroom+1 bathroom
现在住的公寓离Argonne Lab开车15分钟，非常近。因为9月下旬要生宝宝，现在的
Lease 九月底到期，决定八月底搬到新公寓，中间会有一个月空出现在的两居室公寓，
想看看有没有人需要从9月初到9月底这个月短租的（如果需要8月中下旬搬入也可商量
）。原价1010刀每月包括Gas，现在600元出租，包气，包电。我们会在搬出时打扫好，
最后9月底交房时也会过来打扫，不需要租房的同学负责交房的清洁事宜。如果需要家
具，我们可以留床和桌椅等基本用品供使用。
公寓叫 Windsor Lakes，可以google搜索一下位置。在I355 高速和75th 街出口的位
置，离Argonne 很近，15分钟就到了。所在公寓楼下工作日每天早上6点、7点左右有
Bus到火车站，可在火车站坐车到市内。通过I355 上I88 和55号高速也很方便。基本
上去Chinatown， O’hare，Shamburgh都是30分钟左右。马路对面就是Sam’s Club，
离Royal Buffet 5分钟车程。附近有Meijer，IKEA等等，非常方便。公寓的面积大概
925 平方尺，地毯，厨房靠窗户，厅和主卧很大。做饭是用Gas，已经包括在房租中了
。电一个月约35刀，有internet 和Cable。
这个比较适合短期来附近找房子中转一下的同学，可以用这一个月熟悉下环境，然后找
到自己适合的公寓长租。这个价位在附近算比较便宜的，如果打算9月后续租，估计可
以和Lease Office 以1000左右的价格租下，这个价格包括了Gas，冬天很合算。

lincoln park一居室转租
一室一厅，从12月底(20号左右）起available, 一直到5/31/2012，和房东签合同。房东收的房租是$995（价格我们可以商量）包括水，gas 和取暖。不用交 security deposit。
卧室朝南，采光很好，冬天太阳晒的很舒服。厨房卫生间都有窗户（明厨明卫）。
非常安全的neighborhood, 交通和购物也都很方便，步行到fullerton 或者 diversey
地铁站不到10分钟。走到depaul也差不多同样的距离。
还有一点就是这里的停车非常非常方便，因为这条街是no outlet，停车位很多，我们
住了一年多，停车从来不是问题。

The townhome is inside a secure gated community. Right next door is the
Sheridan Park that has tennis court, swimming pool, ping pong table and
other amenities. A few blocks' away from the east campus of UIC, Medical
District, Rush, Greek Town and University Village. Walking distance to all
the amazing restaurants and eateries on Taylor Street: Tuscany, Al's Beef,
Francesca's, Davanti Enoteca, etc. Easy access to bus #60, #157, free UIC
shuttle and the blue line as well as the highway. Short drive to Dominick's,
Whole Foods, Target, ICON Theater and Trader Joe's on Roosevelt. Very easy
and short commute (10 minutes) on bus #60 and #157 to the loop, Union
Station/Ogilvy Station.
The townhome: This is a 2-story home and almost everything is brand new. The
living/dining area is fully furnished with high-end furniture. The patio

lincoln park一居室转租
一室一厅，从12月底(20号左右）起available, 一直到5/31/2012，和房东签合同。房租$915，包括水，gas 和取暖。不用交 security deposit。
卧室朝南，采光很好，冬天太阳晒的很舒服。厨房卫生间都有窗户（明厨明卫）。
非常安全的neighborhood, 交通和购物也都很方便，步行到fullerton 或者 diversey
地铁站不到10分钟。走到depaul也差不多同样的距离。
还有一点就是这里的停车非常非常方便，因为这条街是no outlet，停车位很多，我们
住了一年多，停车从来不是问题。

朋友的芝加哥市中心Downtown紧邻Michigan Avenue的Medium Studio短租至5月31日。
时间可以短于5月31日，但是不能延期，因为是只有Northwestern 法学院和医学院的学
生才可以住的studio，不能延期，房子位置非常好，屋里设施齐全，厨房里一应俱全，

在西北郊Palatine有 one bedroom condo出租。（帮房东发）
-53和Dundee交叉处，地理位置极好；出门就上53，去downtown也只需要35分钟（但是
Condo是小路往里面，一点都不吵）；对面就是有名的中国‘天来超市’，天气好的时

房子在Skokie，(church 和 gross point rd交界的地方），离NU Tech大概是4.5mile
（离Old Orchard很近），两室一厅，月租是825（水、一台车的parking和暖气），电
费、煤气、网络或电视自己付。
1、有两张queen size的床。由于爸妈喜欢睡硬板床，所以我特地去Home Depot划的板
子。
2、有一张小孩的婴儿床，上面有床垫，这个是前年买的。
3、家里有很多小电器，比如咖啡机、和面的机器、面包机、微波炉、加湿器、吸尘器
、电炉子、台灯等等。
4、有一个沙发和一个装衣服的柜子。有一台家用PC，显示器是新买的（主要是大人用
）。有一个饭桌、六把椅子、一个茶几，还有两个电脑椅子。
5、有一些小孩的玩具，比如学步车啊等等，还有小孩吃饭坐的椅子。
6、至于做饭的东西基本都有，毕竟在美国住了3年了。
7、另外，每个房间都有空调。
总体来说，基本的东西都有，特别适合家里有小孩的（门口就是一个公园，下楼就是
）。manager人很好，有什么问题他都很快跟你解决。由于住的时间很长了，所以我也
没有和他续签lease，不存在转lease的可能。

由于本人下月搬到外州工作，现出租1室1厅，要与房东签协议，一签一年，公司管理，

位于1008 crain steet, 步行6分钟到西北大学intercampus shuttle站（greenleaf
stop)和jewel osco。步行7分钟到purple line dempster stop. 如果步行道西北大学

我们是UIC的学生，住在一个UIC东校区的两室一厅的房子（位于Polk跟Aberdeen的路口
）。因为我们暑期实习在其他城市，所以我得转租我们的公寓。转租的时间是从5月8日
到7月31日。
价格为$1200每月，外加1个半月的押金，其中不包括网费，电费，气费。7月之后，如
果还希望住在这里，你可以延长你的合约1年或者更多。房东人很好也很乐于助人。
我的房间的位置极佳（1）2分钟到各种公车站点 #7, #60, #157 等等（2） 5分种到
地铁蓝线（3） 3分钟到UIC图书馆
（4）距离市区也很近（5）街趴也是免费而方便的。洗衣房在地下室。(6) 房间朝南

有房子sublease了啊~~~
我们的房子在presidential tower，一室一厅，进门都要有门卡的，地址是555 west
madison street,你可以google一下地理位置，楼下就是沃尔玛，面向PT住户24小时开
放，麦当劳，my tain 都在楼里。
房间其实可以住两个人。
门口就是union station，还有各路公交车
现在可以和PT签合同正式sublease ，而且可以续租，现在合同是到8月2号截止，6月1
号入住到8月2号的房租我可以降价，一个月只收$1300，之后续租的价格大约也在1300
左右，越早续租越便宜的，转租比新签合同的好处就是可以节省包括申请费，入住费等
等杂七杂八大约$500的费用。
如果6月15号之后入住的话，6月份的剩下的房租就可以免除，也就是说6月16号到8月2
号一共$1400就可以了
房子绝对安全的，我们经常都晚上11、12点回家都没有问题。

Vernon Hills, Buffalo Grove, Libertyville都可以接受。Mundelein稍微远了点，如
