Developer who will architect applications for us. Applicant must have e-
commerce web developing experience and good understanding about modern
technology of frameworks and web applications.
Job Description:
Pre-Requisite:
Start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive technical development throughout all phases of the software
development life cycle. (Basic architecture of the App is in place but most
of the technical architecture will need to be built from scratch and then
developed).
- Understand Application functionalities.
- Design & Model the Architecture.
- Refine functional and non-functional requirements if necessary.
- Develop the application.
- Test (Unit, Integration, System & Load)
- Deploy & Maintain the application.
- Interact with Managers, business stakeholders and developers with the
ability to effectively communicate and explain complex and technical subject
matter.
- Detailed knowledge about the latest Web Development technologies and
experience to implement them to develop a Large Scalable E-Commerce Web
application.
- Provide mentorship to fellow Artists, Web Designer & Developers.
Tools:
- Web/Application Server
- Relational Database Management System.
- Concurrent Versioning System.
- Integrated Development Environment.
- Frameworks - Object Relational Mapping etc.
Technologies:
- Java (J2EE)
- Front End (HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript Library like jQuery or
something similar, AJAX)
- Back End (MySQL, ORM Library like Hibernate, PL/SQL)
- Middleware (Open/Not yet Decided)
- Testing Framework (Junit or Testng)
- Other Technologies (XML, Logging Utility like Log4j, Project
Management & Build
Tool like Maven, UML Modeling tool)
