Apple Sues Google Phone Maker HTC
pple has filed lawsuits against HTC, claiming the manufacturer of the
Google phone and other mobile devices infringed on patented technology
used in the iPhone.
Apple claims HTC, of Taiwan, infringed on 20 patents governing a range
of technologies. It filed the actions Tuesday with the U.S.
International Trade Commission and the U.S. District Court for Delaware.

我意思是cover touch-screens, gesture recognition, scrolling, power
management,这些能成为技术壁垒么
这么容易的东西 非说我抄你
qualcomm那种的patent才算真正的patent 绕都绕不开 乖乖付专利使用费
现在是技术流干不过市场流啊

发帖数: 3060 | 4 事实上是因为apple的销量太大，所以很多半导体公司都成立application团队帮apple
把解决办法做出来。然后渐渐apple就以为这些都是自己做的了。
其实apple这种做产品的公司本身实在是技术实力有限。 |
