Rent will be around $1400

downtown area, but not as big as this one.

plenty of shopping, near clybourn and fullerton, zip code 60614, 5 blocks
from depaul university 3 blocks from lakeshore athletic club lincoln park
location.

2 bed room starts from $1.8k+
I would rent there without a 2nd thought :)

Living quality is important.
900+尺 with a magnificent view, modern interior design
For young professionals like us, really no need to go for 1700尺.

COAST。 SOUTH LOOP 跟WEST LOOP比还差不多。那里NEW BUILDING多的一塌糊涂，房价
每天在跌。10个老美里至少有9个会说要住LINCOLN PARK的

neighborhood. There is a mall around that address. Same condo in downtown
would ask for 2.2-2.8k.

小两口住900尺绰绰有余其实，内部装潢非常现代，而且我给你的这个地点是在红线站
旁边，1站到jackson st，在wholefood隔壁， 与金融区隔湖相对，1800不算贵。你说
傻瓜才住的地方，我却觉得你能够负担得起的话再开口贬低别人才是。
South Loop可能不如Lincoln Park口碑好，但姐姐你也不至于说起Lincoln Park就好像
说到了自己的老家一样热情吧。

发帖数: 1269 | 16 我租房子的时候lincoln park和downtown 都看了,lincoln park虽然近,但是离1,2麦上
班走路加红线再走路,至少要40分钟,最后放弃了.现在的房子1200尺,2B2B,价格和上面
的差不多.最重要的是离公司只有50米.如果家里不拖家带口,住的离公司近些还是方便
些. 1850还OK啦.只要自己喜欢. |
