朋友拿到uiuc土木的ad （master, 交通方向）, 对其很动心。但是由于没有funding,
他在考虑先自己付学费，然后看能不能找到financial support。问题是听人说master
很难有奖学金，他想问下在uiuc土木方向读master是不是拿奖学金很难？

citizen or pr though.
forget about scholarship bah...
he can apply for other paid positions though... on campus or illegally off
campus.
also... if he has the confidence to find a job after school, and he has
saved up some money, then by all means he should come. but, if he doesn't
know if he can get a job or not afterwards, why bother...

发帖数: 526 | 6 不是没有可能，也可以考虑到别的系找。如果是读博再拿硕士毕业的话好像一般都没有
问题。
