I am thinking about applying for another PhD in USA, but I already had a PhD
from China.
Now I am working in a small company and doing some analytical chemistry work
and will get green card soon. My intereste is in protein and antibody area,
so I want to apply for Genome Sciences program next year. I don't know
whether they will consider my application because of my first PhD in
chemistry.
Does anybody have the similar experience?

I know many people got their second PhD in postdoc period.
but never saw someone in a company do that.

一个化学PhD的.
不过 费这个时间干什么呢?

的，genome science和蛋白的关系不大。
