f*********e 发帖数: 1144	1 Really really weird... but it looks large precipitation happens if I dilute the buffer containing 100mM Tris.HCl(pH8) + 10mM CaCl2 with PBS (pH7.4) Only thing I can thinki off is some sort of calcium phospate compound formed .... is it possible??? Need help from Niu Ren
