1. What is the most accurate parameter (thermodynamically or kinetically) to
describe how stable of a compound to the heat?
2. The Arrhenius equation to calculate rate constant k is based on the
activation energy between the compound and its transition state species, and
the pro-exponential factor which is poorly documented. Is there any decent
estimation of activation energy and pro-exponential factor. e.g. how to
calculate the decomposition rate of acetaminophen at 1000 K?
The NIST provides a good database for the temperature dependent kinetic rate
constant. However, this database only provide simple organics and
inorganics. A relatively complex organic compound such as ibuprofen and
acetaminophen is not included.
Thank you sosooo much and I appreciate your inputs. | l***y 发帖数: 15 | 2 我觉得如果没有固定的机理,不能预测化合物多少度分解。水多少度溶化都没办法预测
