Graduate Research Assistant ship opportunity is available for a Ph.D.
student in Civil Engineering with targeted enrollment in Spring or Fall 2016
. Research topic will focus on multi-functional construction materials with
integration of advanced experimental and computational research. Required
qualifications include:
1) Student with M.S. degree with research experience on construction
materials such as asphalt, concrete, or engineering polymers, or applied
mechanics for materials
2) Good experiment skills and experience with computational
simulations with FEM and/or DEM and/or Molecular Simulations
3) Good communication skills and team work spirits
4) Strong academic motivation and determination
