现在已经official了。账号里要有$5 credit才能downgrade
以前已经降级的我觉得不用太担心，新卡相当于涨价了

Please Note: If you do not have at least $5 in Account Credit, you will
incur a $5 charge when you downgrade. This $5 charge will put $5 in credit
on your account. This credit will cover you in case you exceed your data
limit.
Because actual data usage may be delayed by up to 3 hours, to protect
ourselves from fraud and leakage, you must have at least $5.00 in credits to
downgrade to free plan. Else, you will be charged and $5 which will be
added to your credit balance that you can use later. |
