Yes you can use a dumb phone. Just register you dumb phone in cellnuvo and
download the cellnuvo app onto your smartphone or tablet. Then you will
receive an activation code via email. Activate your account with the
cellnuvo app. This is exactly how i did. |

shortcomings is you can't get unlimited throttled data in cellnuvo. If tell
you can if you have a monthly plan cost more than 6 dollars. |
