For people not able to latch into band 41 (for uber speeds), I am in a
marginal area for this signal. There is one extremely small area in my home
where I maintain band 41, and it is in the middle of a room between 2
windows, about 2 feet off the floor. Who ever would have thought this would
work in such an unlikely area? If I move it 2 inches from its location, it
drops back to band 25 or 26. Outdoors or next to windows, I dont get band 41
at all, until I have traveled 500 yards to the west. There must be a
phenomenon where my room channels the signal in that tiny location.
If you are within the coverage map for LTE plus but not locking onto band 41
, the lesson is to test your entire home (every square inch of it if
necessary, top to bottom). You might get lucky and find the signal and
hopefully increase your speeds from band 25 or 26.
