今天去买了个新手机，领了个新卡
登陆帐号，swap device
填了MEID和ICC ID，系统说不行
让我删掉ICC ID试试

网页系统显示actived
不过过不了最后的＃＃UPDATE＃
“service update fail”
竟然建议我factory reset。。。
我没弄，然后就发现打不出去电话
手机也一直显示Activation fail
但是rp网站上显示的是activated | r*******k
