I called them to get my account numbers for each one of my lines.
Mint's customer services are all at home mom.
While answering the call, these mom are also watching TV, babysitting/
petsitting at the same time.
When I wanted to port out in March of 2020, I had to force the first call
center at home mom to send my call to another mom bcuz of all the dog and
kid issues taking place in her apartment.
I knew it's an apartment bcuz I could hear someone is banging something on
the wall during the call. So it was S**T.
But I was lucky enough that 2nd mom got a quite room for her work so I got
my info and ported to Cricket Wireless.
This is USA, we get what we paid for. It's fair. | j********o

都一致,就开始转,没有任何问题.
我的具体操作步骤如下:
用一个非mintmobile的电话拨打8887770446,我是用GV号码拨打.语音菜单路径1-1-5,最
后5这步,会转接到人工服务,索要账户就可以了.
转接也挺快的,但两次首先接通的客服是ultramobile的,他们会协助再转到mintmobile
的客服就可以了. | c****r
