但是总是sim not supported，不能插别家的sim 卡.
向sprint查询，sprint显示 phone is locked，but is eligiable to be unlocked.
seller request了几次，可是为啥就是sprint系统还是显示the phone is locked 呢？
Update: 手机终于解锁了可以用Cricket的卡了。
可是手机在Sprint 的buyback program 还是显示under an active lease or
installment program. seller说他是买的一次付清的，没有签lease或分期付款。这个
FED red flag 怎么去掉呢？ |

没有地方显示手机是解锁的。 插上cricket sim 卡，在手机和itunes上都显示sim not
supported 。
还有什么方法可以试试的？ |

卖家为啥有Sprint的phone unlock confirmation email, SPrint客服说phone is
currently locked. But good thing is it is eligible to be unlocked.
我纳闷了，sprint的解锁政策不是符合条件的，会自动解锁吗？怎么这个这么费劲呢？
过两天还解不了锁，就退回给卖家去。 |

back. Basically Sprint needs to pass down a "clean phone list" to the 2nd
tier vendors in order for the 2nd tier vendors (cricket, etc.) to work. The
list is passed down/refreshed once a week?!? In any case, it may very well
be that the phone is clean on Sprint side (as it was in my case, w/ all
bills paid), but from Cricket's perspective, Sprint still tells it based on
that list that it's not therefore you can't use it.
That's the good news, so just wait a bit. The bad news is that Sprint has
very little incentive to actually pass down this "list", as the phone is
leaving its network. In my case the phone was never cleared for the buyer. |

发帖数: 261 | 10 I think in the beginning, both of us were trying to feel each other out as
we both felt the other party may be "scamming". I actually called on his
behave several times to escalate the issue with the 2nd tier network and
actively followed up the issue b/c, as you know, the buyer has all the power
on ebay/amazon.
The issue was supposed to be resolved within 2 business days, but 2 weeks
later it still wasn't resolved. But the buyer wrote that:
"After this long, I don't feel right with returning it so my 5-star feedback
stands. I'll use it as a tiny tablet and a lesson learned."
I was a bit shocked by that to be honest. I mean, I know I earned his
goodwill but talk about a forgiving buyer!!!
But as I scan the thread again for the first time in a long time I actually
noticed there was a happy ending after all that I missed - about 2~3 more
weeks later (about 5-6 weeks since it was sold) he mentioned that it finally
went through!

Seller 说他paid off了。
Sprint的rep说，手机在seller之前还有一个owner的lease还没付清。
像这种情况，我是不是该退手机回seller呀？ |
